The Honeywell 2146 is a High or Low Limit controller with adjustable thermostat and SPST relay contact. The 2146 has a built in sensor probe. It mounts in standard 1" PEX tubing with double wall stainless steel clamps. The control's mounting bracket features a 7/16-14 NPT conduit outlet that allows the control to be mounted directly on MxPex® tubing or other schedule 40 tubing using standard 7/16-14 NPT fittings. This AQUASTAT(100-240VAC) is a single pole, 3 wire DC motor controller and thermostat. This unit is rated at 20 amps and 2250 watts continuous, 4500 watts intermittent at 110 volts. The high low limit range is set with the adjustable screw. The temperature range of the SPST is 100F-210F/150F-460F.

The 2146 is a Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) temperature controller with spade terminals. This photocell controller features a set point of 100 to 240°F or 52 to 116°C and it is adjustable from 5 to 30°F or -15 to -1°C. The 2146 is designed for use in applications that require automatic control of a heating or cooling system.

With the Honeywell Aquastat, you can control the drying process to attain uniform and repeatable results. Aquastat can be used to preset and limit drying temperature. Once the setting is reached, it will activate a heater or pump motor to raise the temperature to greater levels, speeding up the process. It comes with a temperature range of 5F-100F/3C-38C. The Aquastat is available in open or closed circuits.

Honeywell's AQUASTAT controllers offer all the features of the EM-IVA plus the ability to adjust low and high temperature limits. Can be used with RFI electrically operated valves and thermostats, water-fired equipment such as boilers, warm air heaters, and radiators. The Aquastat has "S" terminals for the sensor inlet and outlet process connections, a single SPST/NC output for valve or relay control

The Honeywell 2146 - High/ Low Limit Aquastat Controller is a SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) type. It is used for Steam temperature control. This controller is able to achieve both the high and low limits simultaneously, requiring more than the opening of the electrical circuit.
