The Honeywell Pressuretrol™ Controller provides precise, convenient and cost-effective control of a wide range of on/off, modulating and proportional pneumatic equipment. Pressuretrol Controllers feature a simple, three-button operating panel with back lit LEDs and a bar graph status display for set point pressure indication. The Controller has two removable stacker plugs with color coded keyed connectors for easy and accurate connection to field equipment. Pressuretrol Controllers can be used to provide on/off or modulated control of up to two devices simultaneously within the same electrical circuit.
Pressuretrols may be used to operate a mechanical device or electrical equipment from a remote location. Pressuretrol controllers are available in several series and styles to meet the specific requirements of your application, including both On-Off and Vacuum Regulator Control.
The Pressuretrol is a proportional pressure controller for remote control of oil burner pressure. It features a high/low pressure switch and incorporates a normally closed One-Shot valve. A thumb wheel selects rise or make on demand speed and holds the selected position. The SPST, normally closed, high/low pressure switch, makes burner handling safer and more efficient.

The Honeywell Pressuretrol is a residential oil burner pressure controller designed for use with oil-fired boilers and furnaces. This pressure controller has a 5-50 PSI set point and an adjustable "make-on-rise" to protect the oil burner from low system pressure. The Pressuretrol Controller is useful as a constant low pressure switch for residential and commercial hot water systems. Each unit features a manual reset, and the PS1 unit is convertible to an automatic reset device by adding 108731 Series valve.
When pressuretrols fail to alarm and shutdown the system, serious damage can occur. The Pressuretrol Series from Honeywell enables control functions without the use of PLC's. This controller automatically shuts down at preset limits and returns upon normal pressure within set time intervals.
The Pressuretrol is a spool-type controller which senses and maintains the constant system pressure, with no time delay. It has three models to choose from, for use with either natural gas or propane gas. Applications include domestic hot water circulating systems, boilers, gas fired furnaces and baseboard and convector heaters.
