Honeywell's 0-4 PSI Mercury Free VAPORSTAT controls provide an economical, automatic indicating control that can be used for process conditions as varied as air or steam to liquid levels. The automatic control changes the level setpoint when the actual vapor pressure rises or falls through the 4 PSI differential.

VAPORSTAT Mercury-Free Dual Stage Vapor Pressure Transmitter - 0-4 PSI Model No. L408J1033 is a dual stage transmitter with two differential pressure sensors and adjustable setpoints with a 3/4" NPT connection. Rated for 115 VAC operation at 50/60Hz and 9mA, maximum. Zero offset and zero drift are factory set with the packer or adjustable screwdriver. Transmitter dimensions are 4.1" X 2.5" X 1.6". Connection size (NPT): 3/4".

This Honeywell VaporStat is an electronic direct-reading liquid pressure switch with an adjustable mercury setting. Pressure rises above the set point will supply a low-level alarm or a high-level alarm.

Easy to read analog gauge allows you to adjust output pressure within a range of 0-4 psi. Ideal for use in pressurized hydrocarbon refrigeration systems and industrial applications. Built-in bypass which automatically closes when the pressure switch is in the ON position, eliminating the potential of refrigerant leaking through. For use with standard 1/4" NPT connections. The L408J1033 incorporates an advanced mercury-free vibrating reed switch in place of the traditional toxic mercury switch. This low-cost pressure switch is characterized by a high level of sensitivity, durability, and electrical resistance-all properties important in a good pressure switch. The available mounting configurations make it suitable for either upflow or downflow applications.
