The universal Ignition Control Kit can be used to replace most standard wall thermostats in a fraction of the time required by conventional wiring methods. Power can be supplied to operating thermostats from a single circuit (120V maximum). A complete wiring diagram is printed on the back for ease of installation.

The Ignition Control Kit allows the installer to dial in the preferred starting sequence for the system. This provides greater versatility to fit your specific application needs. It can also be used with existing multi-wire branch circuit systems, for non-programmable mode operation at 2 and 3 wire branches.

The 19W94 Ignition Control Kit works with most multi-stage HVAC systems to monitor operating temperature and boost heating and/or air conditioning output as needed. This Kit uses a sensor thermistor kit (19E21) to connect the control module to the furnace. The control board will communicate with the sensor by relaying an impulse through the primary wires, resulting in an alternating current that indicates whether or not the sensor is receiving heat from the furnace. Other components of this kit include: MC33AB18 – Module (Primary Wire Relay).

The 19W94 Ignition Control Kit includes everything needed for a simple installation of 19O2 Series gas heaters. Once refrigerant and electrical connections are made, most residential applications can be completed in about an hour.

Each kit also features a variety of igniter configurations to suit different installations and applications.

The Lennox model 19W94 ignition control kit is designed to work with all Lennox systems; it's an easy-to-follow retrofit kit. A two-wire, 24 volt system, the control measures an average of 7 amps on a 15 amp breaker. Low voltage dropouts along with an advanced IR heat exchanger make this system a customer favorite.
