The Turbulator Assembly is designed for use with the Lennox® 43L21/43L32/55L21/55L31 Series, 21 and 31 High Wall Furnaces equipped with the Turbine Technology. The Turbulator assembly provides a coarse match of the CFM to BTU input of the unit These furnaces are intelligent furnaces that sense incoming air temps and adjust airflow automatically. This turbulator assembly reduces noise and acts as a heat sink, reducing running temperatures.

The Turbulator Assembly is designed to be used with Lennox Heat Recovery products and the 43L21 Turbulator Assembly. The Turbulator converts energy lost in standard venting by recovering it within the system, to heat the incoming fresh air. It also provides a more appropriate amount of air for combustion process, increasing efficiency and performance.

The Lennox Turbo Assembly can be used in a wide range of air conditioning and heating equipment to meet the air flow needs of larger rooms. Just because you have a room that’s on the large size, you shouldn’t expect any less performance from your heating and cooling system. The Lennox Turbulator Assembly for high-efficiency Lennox models replaces the standard blower wheel and housing assembly on your high-efficiency model. Designed to work with both direct and intake air applications, this new environmentally responsible turbulator replaces the aluminum blades of the old assembly with a plastic material that will not wear out or fall apart. This assembly comes with all the hardware necessary to install it into your system.

The Lennox Turbulator Assembly is used for quickly removing lint, hair, and other small particulates from the air ducts of a forced-air heating system. This features a standard 42-inch length aluminum shaft with a 1.75” polypropylene blade providing effective air movement up to 30 feet per minute.

The Lennox 43L21 Turbulator Assembly uses a motorized mechanism to direct air to the surface of the water, creating a wide circular motion ideal for maintaining ideal evaporator conditions.
