In addition to the standard Collector Box, with its innovative LED lighting technology and double-wall construction, Lennox now offers a new variant of the Collector Box: the 44W54. This Collector Box is the first in our family of collector boxes that has an extra thick insulation made from very cold insulation material, specifically developed for this application of collector box technology.

Designed as a cost-effective, no frills solution for ducted HVAC systems. The Collector Box is used at the point where there are multiple supply and return ducts coming together. The height of the box accommodates different sizes of filters and other accessories. The Collector Box is designed to be installed with Lennox's 52" Flex Duct.

Designed for New Lennox Central Air Conditioners, the 44-inch Collector Box duct can easily fit through existing wall or attic opening and push right into place. It employs a simple design, requiring very little cutting and installation time. With its Impact resistance, corrosion and abrasion-resistant plastic material, the Collector Box duct makes it easy to install your new system with no worries.

Lennox 44W54 collector box is made of Galvalume steel, a material with superior corrosion resistance to aluminum and steel. Aluminum is the most commonly used material in air conditioning coils. The 36" wide by 52" deep by 18" high collector box has a 553 Btu/hr per foot heating capacity. It features EZ-lift handles, built-in shut-off valves and drains, louvered panels for continuous flow, thermal insulation that traps warm air around the coil for cooler condenser temperature and reduced power consumption, two 9-1/2" conduit knockouts for easy electrical connections,

The Lennox 44W54 collector box is designed to capture fireplace smoke and fumes. The 44W54 comes with a blower, mounting plate, inside flue collar for 6" or 8" baseboard installation, and one piece heat exchanger, pre-assembled and factory tested for quick installation.

The Lennox 44W54 collector box is designed for use in either the 44W54 or 44W56 collector. The collector box 44W54 is designed to accommodate NEW Lennox low NOx gas furnace models RB-LJ-04 (Gas), RB-LJ-05 (Natural Gas)

Lennox QAC 44W54 Series Collector Boxes are designed for the same applications as the original style collectors. They are an ideal solution when you need to replace a collector cover, or when you want to move your boiler from one home to another.
