240V DPDT RELAY

Lennox 49K04 * 240V DPDT RELAY. * 240V DPDT RELAY.

The 240V DPDT Relay is designed to control a high voltage load (up to 240V AC or 5VDC) through two low voltage contacts from a single switching input. The relay requires a higher voltage control source than its switching activation input (such as on-board computer 5VDC), and may be used in doors or windows to control fans, solenoids, metal detectors, and other similar applications.

The Lennox 240-volt DPDT relay is a Type B switch for controlling electric resistance heaters. It supplies over 7 amps while switching and is suitable for use in the following applications:

Our DPDT relay is a general purpose relay with four set screws for adjustment IEC/EN60947-4-1 rated for 240VAC/ 30Vdc switching duties, these general purpose relays consist of a 1NO and 1NC magnetic switch in one housing -- the coil can be connected to either switching lug as desired. A beryllium copper click latched paddle completes the relay assembly electrical details:

The Lennox DPDT Relay is the ideal replacement for traditional electric heating systems. The relay is available as a separate component, which will ensure precision temperature control in your heating system. It is very simple to install into your heating system and can be used to control lights, alarms, door locks and motorised shutters from the user's remote control switch.

The Lennox DPDT Relay is used in heating and cooling systems to operate the burner relay when specific setpoint temperatures are reached. It operates on 120-240VAC power.

The 49K04 is a single pole, double throw relay with a sealed rubber diaphragm actuator and an integral coil lub. The 179 ohm coil resistance offers fail safe disables for normal open and normally closed circuits. When used in conjunction with the SW01 switch, coverage of all points can be obtained to protect against short circuits. The DPDT delay circuit prevents rapid coil burnout during fault clearing operation. This relay meets UL, CSA and VDE requirements. It
