Header Box

The Header Box is fabricated of 16 gauge aluminized steel consisting of an outer shell, a flange, and top and bottom reinforcement. Each header section contains a fiberglass insulation block. All joints are overlapped and the unit is sealed with contact cement-silicone sealant. The insulation system consists of multiple blocks of insulation 2 inches thick.

The Lennox 58W06 Header Box is a part of the 58W06 Vista Series manufactured home. It is used to connect two duct runs inside the home for convection and/or radiant heating applications.

The 58W06 header box has the same features as a Lennox® 56C86K-10, but with 6'' (152 mm) larger flanges for use on roofs up to 48'' (1,220 mm) wide. To accommodate these applications, this unit utilizes both 20 x 29-1/2 in. (508 x 749 mm) and 24 x 29-1/2 in. (610 x 749 mm) down-roof line sets.

The Lennox 58W06 replacement header box is compatible with units produced between 2011 and 2012. Please contact a Lennox representative to ensure that this part is compatible with your system.

The Lennox 58W06 header box is designed to replace your outside wall furnace box. Lennox recommends that a new or freshly painted header box be installed when installing a new Lennox high efficiency furnace.
