COLLECTOR BOX ASSEMBLY

The COLLECTOR BOX ASSEMBLY is used to house collector relays and control accessories with the following features: 100% Aluminum enclosure. Two removable module studs, each with 4-40 threaded inserts (2 per module). Seven conductor plug in power connections with rubber grommets. Fourteen 16 gauge wire leads, 11" to 12.5" long welded and soldered to the module studs. One 6' shielded AC power wire assembly, three 8' shielded TW-8 test wire harnesses and two 30 amp power input plugs.

COLLECTOR BOX ASSEMBLIES (MODELS 64J12 AND 64J22)

The Collector Box Assembly uses ventilation tabs and baffles in the collector tray to vent on-heat air into the duct work. Side wall vents in the collector box provide additional air movement. The Collector Box Assembly is dimensioned with two side holes to allow installation of a timer. The Collector Box Assembly part number includes the Collector Box, Collector Tray, Mounting Clips, and Bracket Assembly.

The Collector Box Assembly is a component of the Lennox residential HVAC system. This steel collector box contains a built-in air filter located in a removable media filter compartment that can be easily accessed for cleaning. The collector box extends through the wall of the furnace cabinet to allow for more collection area and flexibility when running piping in close quarters.
