The Lennox 78M85 is an anchoring system that can handle a wide range of pipe sizes. This GripBeltSheave 9.68 dia is specially designed for a stress free connection and has a capacity of 14,000 lbs. This model was formerly the Marathon BHW 39.

Lennox 78M85 GripBeltSheave 9.68 dia Air handler belt sheaves are moved by the pulley on the motor.

The GripBeltSheave is made of statically charged borosilicate glass, which moves towards the positively charged sheaves to create a seal. This prevents the belt from being pulled off when operating away from the base unit.

Our GripBeltsSheave features a double welded worm gear construction and our exclusive 3 tooth metal-on-metal connection sheaves. The GripBeltSheave resists wear under high loads and is designed to meet OSHA specifications for fall protection.

Keep your belt in perfect alignment with the new GripBeltSheave. The internal construction of this sheave helps to ensure smooth belt movement and elimination of belt tracking problems that cause premature belt failure.

This sheave is 9.68 inch diameter x 1 3/8 inch width. This part was removed from a Lennox gas furnace (B78M85). The belt on this unit is still in good condition but the sheave that the belt rides on is stripped and been replaced with a steel 1/2 inch bolt.
