Your Carrier furnace's Pilot Assembly (or Ignitor) is a vital part of the gas ignition system. This is a complete burner assembly and replaces any existing model so that your furnace can light easily and safely every time

Replace the pilot burner assembly and O.E.M. igniter in your Yanmar, Carrier or Thermo King 23-090 furnace. Includes: pilot burner with ignition system from the same manufacturer as your unit, wire harness, switch/thermostat and electrode bar. Note: This kit will fit butane powered central furnace models only.

This Pilot Assembly delivers an electrical spark to ignite your heating appliance's burner(s) or heater coils.

The pilot is designed to preheat the air that comes into the furnace blower motor. It is ignited by a spark from the gas valve, no electricity needed. This assembly includes the OEM pilot burner assembly and tubing with thermostat, cord kit and thermostat guard.
