GARLAND'S 681393 Linear actuator is made for the heavy duty-operator. This linear actuator is provided with a built-in electric motor to drive wire rope and an overload protection device.

These Linear Actuators are specifically designed for use with Electronic Control Units, & in Electric and Electronic equipment.

With the new Garland Linear Actuator, you have the ability to raise and lower walls or partitions to create more useable space when you need it, and help with small room acoustics by reducing sound reflection. The Linear Actuator is easy to install, requires no special wiring, is quick on & off, can be used on straight or curved walls and applications and safely transfers weight over rough surfaces.

The Linear Actuator has been designed for use in curtain wall applications. Mainly on brackets or door controls where the spring system allows a small force to be applied over a long stroke or vice versa. In both cases, high torque is converted to a low force and movement. It is recommended that these be mounted in their own separate enclosure.

In both residential and commercial applications, linear actuators are used to lift and move objects at a distance via precise movement. In residential, they are commonly used for window coverings, while in commercial applications the CL series linear actuator is often paired with door operators. With two mounting options — U-channel or T-track — and a variety of hardware kits available, CL series linear actuators offer precise operation which requires no programming to install.
