The 55013-1 is a Locking Screw for Nemco Model 55-853A. This part is constructed of die cast zinc with a chrome finish and is designed to fit the 55010 and 55015 8-1/4" X 11" serving line slicers.

When you're using a Nemco Easy Cut hand held knife, cutter or chopper and utilizing the interlock feature, simply replace the thumb screw with the part# 55013-1 Locking Screw. This will help prevent the tool from being used.

METAL LOCKING SCREW 55013-1 for placement above the rubber safety washer on a Nemco 55003-1 57" Reach In Sauce Pan (key code - Z02) or other sauce pan's with the same size and material of handles.
