This is a 5/8" bore hub and clamp manufactured by Lovejoy Manufacturing Co., Inc in Providence, Rhode Island. It is 7" tall and has a 3/16" keyway.

Lovejoy 197-Series clamp hub couplings are precision machined from chrome-plated brass, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The hubs have a 5/8" bore with female threads for 3/16" rods or bars. Keyways mate the male hub to the female sleeve; one end of the keyway is 3/32" "H" section key and the other end is 7/32" "H" section key. The kit includes two 5/8"IMBT hub assemblies, a universal joint assembly, a bore gage, and a long spanner wrench clamp.
