Honeywell Damper Motor 2304 is a 24V, 2-position, spring return damper for use on all high pressure, small diameter ductwork. Spring return permits damper to close automatically and center at full spool. For use on all applications with a pressure of 20 lbs/in. or less.

This damper motor is a replacement part. It fits a 24V, two position damper, and has a spring return. The two position function then creates three settings.

The 2304 Series of two position spring return damper actuator (SPST N.C. contact rating) are used to connect and power 15, 20, and 22 and 24-Volt actuators. The design meets Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., requirements for air distribution systems and equipment that operate in hazardous location (zone 1) environments.

Spring Return Damper has an adjustable rocker lever (Rocker lever is connected to the external bellows that is attached to the motor shaft). The center of the Rocker Lever must be open, and set spring pressure to desired position.

The Honeywell 2304 is a 24V, pressure responsive, position 2 (damper open, motor stop) control screw motor. The spring return mechanism provides automatic retraction of the damper when the power is disconnected. This damper motor is rated up to 20 psi (145 kPa).
