The Modutrol IV Proportional Motion Controller with 24VAC Power Supply provides proportional control of rotary, linear translational or both combined axes, using a choice of transfer functions. The controller has a maximum travel range of more than 10 m (33 ft). It features 2- and 4-axis models and a high current output of up to 150 lb-in.

The Modutrol 24V, 150lb-in. motor uses a 24 volt DC power supply to deliver up to 150 lbs-in. of holding torque from 0 to 60 rpm. When a force is applied, the motor’s position instantly adjusts at a rate proportional to the applied torque. Applications include positioning of tooling, automated assembly lines, clamping and positioning devices, and many more.

The 150 lb-in Modutrol Proportional Motor has a power range of 3 oz. in to 60 oz. in and is supplied with a 24 volt AC drive signal. This motor is designed for proportional control only with a HAGEN standoff type rotor and requires an adapter as shown on the preceding page.
