Regulators are designed to control and supply a constant downstream pressure, serving as the "master" gas control for all divert (zone) gas appliances. The Catalina, Model MAGMA214-10264 Type 1, 2-Stage (10 + 8 cu ft) Regulator has two stages: 10 cu ft inlet pressure to step regulator and 8 cu ft out.

The MAGMA214-10264 Type 1 regulator is for use on the Catalina series gas furnaces. It has a flame sensor switch, loud alarm with sump low pressure sensing switch. This part is obsolete and no longer available from the manufacturer or any of their distributors.

The Catalina Regulator is a single stage, in-line, non-adjustable regulator designed for use with permanently installed propane gas appliances. The regulator is constructed of brass and stainless steel and vacuum impregnated to prevent oxidation. This regulator incorporates a built-in check valve to isolate the upstream side from the downstream side of a piping system. When installed upstream of the appliance it allows the flow of propane to the appliance but prevents any flow from downstream back toward the tank. Incorporating a pressure gauge with an indicating range of 0 - 100 PSI, this regulator alerts you of dangerously low gas pressure levels

A new front-facing second stage mouthpiece incorporates a rotating E-clip mechanism that allows divers to easily switch between octopus and standard configuration. This regulator comes with CGA 580 threads that allow it to be used as a console or remote second stage.
