The M9900-48-32D 48 RIM EXIT DEVICE will allow for additional escape in a non-traditional means for residential installations. This device will install at two levels and allow for two releases by means of a hand crank operated from the inside. It meets all state code requirements and is listed through Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL).

48 Rim Exit Device

The 48 rim exit device is an ideal way to increase building security and reduce the chance of burglary. The built-in pry guard offers a level of protection to keep burglars from prying and breaking the lock when properly installed into a steel reinforced door.

The MARKS 48 Rim Exit Device is a 48" diameter, 32" solid man trap rim exit device with an offset bracket and locking handles. Exit devices are designed for exiting pressurized ash bodies.

With the Marks USA M9900-48-32D 48 Rim Exit Device, you gain the optimum benefit of a rim exit device. This rim exit device is designed to specifically fit a 48" louvered door and must be used with a center frame hardware option (sold separately) that will ensure that the unit fits properly. For easy maintenance, this rim exit device is constructed from stainless steel.
