Weston's COMMSTAT 3 CHILLER SWITCH/CONTROLLER is a solid state controller and power supply that will operate most electrical loads on chillers, boilers, and pumps. The COMMSTAT 3 has 40 times the capacity of the prior COMMSTAT controllers, as well as a greater operating range (-10% to +50%). With state of the art circuitry and switches, these new COMMSTAT CONTROLLERS provide clear and simple process control for complete reliability.

The COMMSTAT 3 controller is a retrofit digital replacement for the original version. Just plug in and program for your system! The COMMSTAT 3 controller can be paired with a variety of Marvair variable speed skimmers, control valves, air or water pumps, blowers and mixing devices to operate units with or without power failure as the situation warrants.

Easily set your refrigerator temperatures with this COMMSTAT 3 controller. This controller is designed to work with systems that have a Serial connection. This controller allows for increased accuracy in setting refrigerator optimim temperatures, set points, and also will adjust to new obstacles such as opening doors. The COMMSTAT 3 works with all brands of Refrigerators including Hotpoint, Kenmore, and more.

Our COMMSTAT 3 controller is used to operate our multi-stage single module air compressor. It comes with a pressure switch, tubing, a gauge, and fittings for the proper hookup.

The COMMSTAT 3 controller gives a fine operating range of 0 to 95% RH on any air-cooled chillers with a constant-flow valve, while also providing reliable data output. And we've added even more features for greater flexibility that can also affect the chiller's running time and energy consumption efficiency.

The COMMSTAT 3 Controller offers flexibility and simplicity in stabilizing voltage and compensating for frequency variations experienced from day to day. With a push of a button, it sends out signals to all five of the Marvair On-Line power supplies which will sequentially shut down the nameplate kVA output of each power supply. When voltage and frequency return to normal levels when there is no longer a fault, the controller automatically switches the power supplies back on line.
