The Maxitrol 325-3-1/2-12A09 1/2" 5#MaxW/VentLimiter4-12"WC is a packaged terminal air handler (electric packaged terminal unit), designed for installation in residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems where its compact size, low sound levels, and energy efficiency are desirable.

This MaxiTrol access control valve is a perfect replacement for a part and uses 1/2" NPT discharge with a maximum of 5 psi. Inlet port includes an automatic air vent limiter (AVL) to prevent excessive water hammer and pressure buildup, and lever handle has an O-ring seal for leak-free operation.

Standard thermostatic mixing valves with float handle and spring return. Double element design which permits combining hot and cold water supply to attain a desirable mixed temperature with accuracy of 3-4%. Four (4) 1/2" female threaded connections, chrome plated body and faucet handles.

Maxitrol Gas Log Burners are designed to accept up to a 5# maximum LP gas log lighter and vent combo. They are intended to be used with natural gas lines and are UL/CUL certified for indoor use only.
