With the Robotic Coupe MP450 Mixer Stick Robot Coupe, you can mix and prepare your batters, doughs, and much more. The mixer stick slides into the coupe's mixing bowl and measures 8-1/2 inches. This mixer is designed for either countertop or under-counter installation. Its stainless steel bowl has a 10 quart capacity and includes a free recipe book. The Robotic Coupe MP450 is great for restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and many other businesses that require fast and consistent multi-ingredient mixing.

The MP 450 mixer stick robot coupe attachment is the ideal solution for reducing liquid and batter oxidation during production. This mixer is shipped with a standard helix, but any helix can be fitted to create the perfect mixing profile.

With the MIXER STICK, users can stir their heavy dough and batter in several ways: offset stirring (stirring one side of a bowl to do a complete mixing) floating mixing (to thoroughly mix dough/batter) aerobic and anaerobic mixing (to increase the dough envelope and cells expansion).  The MIXER STICK is a patented single part that works on all Robot Coupe models except for the MCB120.
