The Middleby 2GR-208-4H MODULATION VALVE for Middleby - Part# 59450 is an optional upgrade valve replacement for the existing temperature modulation control valve. The valve will allow the user to close independent of each other.

The MW-2 Modulation is commonly used with Middleby Marshall, Spyder, Mark II, T5i, TSI Propane Ranges. This MODULATION VALVE for Middleby also works with Summit Range Cooktops.

The Modulation Valve (Part# 59450) is used to turn your LP or Natural Gas 3-Burner Kamado Joe grill or smoker into a Modular Grill or Smoker. This valve allows you to adjust the air flow and direct it as you desire, necessary for roasting and smoking.

This is a replacement modulation valve for Middleby ovens. This valve does not work for Prestige series ovens.

The Modulation valve can be installed on any of the HVAC/R dish machines manufactured by Middleby with a standard pressure sensing port. Usually the pump is mounted directly on top of the water valve. The Modulation valve can be installed to replace that single point failure component.

The Modulation valve is manufactured under the ISO 3.2, ISO 5.1, and ANSI/NSF standard requirements. The valve has seated ball checks with an easy-to-operate handle to adjust flow rate.

Modulation Valves are used to provide a continuous delivery of steam or water already conditioned by the instrument steam generation system. They perform the same function as a proportional control valve except that they vary waterflow rather than modulating steamflow. Solenoid electric actuators are recommended for this type of application because of the high water/steam pressure involved

These modulating valves are designed to control steam output on boilers, providing low boiler water temperature droop. These valves are fitted with the highest quality European thermoplastic orifice, ceramic ball valve assembly and combined with a Class I low-lead solder connecting lugs.
