Carter-Hoffmann Mfg. Model 18614-0360, 120/ 208/220/230/240V, 3PH, 60Hz, 60HP DC or 0.4KW, 230V, 50Hz, 1? Shaded Frame Wound AC Induction Motor rated at 5460 RPM and factory tested to perform at 4110 RPM. It is equipped with a 2-1/2" Mounting Foot, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEC) Squirrel Cage Induction Motor. Efficiency is 78%, Heat Exchanger is Fin Tube Air to Water.

The Motor, Convection is built for use in residential, commercial and industrial settings where the motor is paired with a cooking appliance. The gear case is solid cast iron which provides strength and durability. This unit has a 1/60 reduction gear ratio. It includes a thermal protector that will shut the motor off under high overload. The single phase induction motors are completely enclosed to keep out dust and moisture for long life. A variety of voltage, frame, enclosure type and horsepower options are available so you can find a model that is the perfect fit for your project

This motor comes in two part numbers for standard motor and convection. The same on can be used for both kinds of ovens. We initially tried out a different manufacturer but their product was not compatible with our ovens so we dropped them and reinstalled this brand to make it work! The warranty is good for one year after installation.

These motors are used on several brands of convection ovens, and are made to fit many models. We are not sure which ones they will replace.
