Help prevent errors with this Honeywell 99477 24V 2 POSITION SPRING RETURN DIRECT (99476) – 1-1/8" AXLE X 3/4" AXLE. It is a direct non retractable contactor for spring return. It has a handle and reed switch, so the operator can be activated in two different directions: inline or coiling applications. This direct non-retractable contactor (DC99476) comes standard with .75" square post and a 22 gauge silver contacts but it can also be modified with a .50" square post to fit AME/

The 24V 2 position spring return direct acting valve controls the flow of gaseous fuels. It allows the installer to convert a 1/2" NPT direct acting gas valve (see The Honeywell 99476 Spring Return Indirect Valve) for use with a propane or natural gas source. The connection can then be made off of an existing gas pipe. When used with the Honeywell 99934 2 Position Gas Valve, it is a cost effective solution that eliminates the need for costly metering or excess gas cylinder purchases.

The Honeywell 99477 24V 2 Position Spring Return direct acting solenoid valve features a Seamless Steel body making it ideal for corrosive and non-corrosive applications, such as chemical processing, food and beverage, power plants which require NEMA 4X or IP68 compliance.

The two position switch is ideal for applications requiring variable speed control or reverse polarity protection. The 24V 2-position spring return direct acting switch features a contoured manual lever handle with a 5/8"-18 threaded post. When the shaft is rotated clockwise from an off position, the switch will move in, cutting off power to the controlled appliance. When the handle is rotated counter-clockwise from the off position, power will be sent to the controlled appliance.

The Honeywell 99477 2 Position Spring Return Direct Actuator, 24 VDC/18 VAC Operating Voltage, 125% @ VAC/VDC Resistive Load Maximum, 3 Wire leads and is a direct replacement for the J-527 Series Sensors.

The direct wire 99477 2-Position Switch is ideal for controlling an ignition source or accessory circuits requiring a two position, spring return type switch. The 24V 2-Position Switch has provisions for mounting on standard one gang electrical boxes; and is sized to specifically fit WIRING JUNCTION BOX TWIN # 18RU with the standard 1/2 (13.3mm) mounting pattern.

This two-position spring return direct acting valve is used for both high and low pressure applications. It has an 8" center-to-center working distance with a contactless open loop sensor, or a link pressure switch. A flow selector connects the piston to either line A or B.
