The upper control housing has easy to access fuel cap, check the oil and make sure your mower still looks nice and clean. It is a little more pricey than the lower ones but its worth it over all. I don't think you can buy the whole thing because i tried to look up the cost of a complete upper control housing but my local shop couldn't find it for me.
