FLAME SENSOR
Add a flame sensor to your furnace. Flame sensors are designed to shut down the gas supply in the event of a flame, such as when a pilot light goes out. This is especially useful for preventing explosions in do-it-yourself situations, or if you have an older furnace with no flame sensor. It is UL listed and CSA certified and comes with a two year warranty.

Flaming food is a real fireball when you cook on your gas range, but when you have this Sensormatic Flame Sensor installed in your cooktop, you can rest assured that no matter what kind of flame you’re using, there will be no fire. The NCF flame sensor monitors the heat of your burner and automatically turns off if it detects any type of flame other than the one it’s expecting. It turns back on once the flame disappears and then continues to turn off and on periodically to ensure that the burner is never on without a flame present.
