The Oil/Dye Injector R-1234yf features a metal body with a clear nylon swivel hoses and fittings. A black, textured injection nozzle allows quick & easy filling and comes standard with snap-on adaptors in 7 different thread sizes.

The Oil/Dye Injector R-1234yf installs into a residential HVAC system and engages the oil/water separator, ensuring that air conditioner condensate will not be drained into the drain pan.

The Oil/Dye Injector R-1234yf is an original replacement part for the Carrier FJC0824, FJC0825, FJC0826, and FJC0828 units that repair the refrigerant lines in a unit. The R-1234yf should be used when a valve is present on the suction line.

Our oil/ dye injector R-1234yf is a self contained system that automatically mixes refrigerant oil and dye with entering R-134a or R-404A refrigerant.  The R-134a/R- 404A is pressurized by an in-line pump allowing the entire system to be pressurized up to 150 psi. The oil/dye will then mix uniformly throughout the system. This feature is a money saver and eliminates any overcharging or overfilling of refrigeration systems.

The oil/dye injector is a low cost and simple housing injection system designed for use in R-1234yf systems. This product is designed to be used with the 5 lb aluminum cylinder with cap assembly and the R-1234yf refrigerant.
