EZ-POXY DULL is an oil based polyurethane (PUR), water based polyurethane (WUR), or latex (LAT) primer that provides an additional dead grass paint finish on neutral substrates. It can be used for new construction, fence lines, crack and crevice applications, concrete intersections, around buildings, on bare soil between paving stones or bricks where there is no growing vegetation to cover the basecoat.

Paint has specially formulated fast drying, neutral pH glue with natural/semi-synthetic fibers to fill cracks in concrete. Not only does it fill in cracks in concrete but it also increases bond strength by 100% when used with appropriate PSI application. For best results, use in combination with PSI EZ-POXY DULL, 3305.
