This is a new in the box Pitco Pilot Burner #511607. It is for a gas-fired pizza oven. The tag on the burner reads "Gas Pilot Burner, Natural Gas, Model 109D, For use with H-Series Pizza Ovens only".

The Pilot Burner is ideal for walk-in coolers and showcases. It is used to evenly heat food items. This unit has 180,000 BTU's and has an oil/propane model. It also has the following features: standard colors are black or white, item weight of about 92 pounds, ETL listed, 11-1/4 inches high x 71-3/4 inches long x 9 inches deep, NSF approved...etc

The Pilot Burner Nozzle is perfect for dispensing grill fuels, microwaves, air conditioners, refrigerators and other household appliances. This high-pressure nozzle easily plugs into a 110-volt wall outlet and includes a safety mechanism to prevent accidental burns. The nozzle is constructed of a brass body with a durable PTFE gasket to ensure a leak-proof seal.

The Pilot Burner was created for outdoor grilling, with a weatherproof casing that protects the dial from the elements. A powerful burner with stable legs provides high heat.

Designed for use with Pitco lp models, the model 511607 pilot burner operates a gas broiler. It has an adjustable stem range of 0 to 1/16 inch range of 0 to 1/16 inch and comes with a 1/4 inch male pipe plug connection.

This pilot burner has a single low-profile, easy-to-light burner designed for use with enclosed or pot free gravity convection ovens or combis. Control the temperature of the heated environment with a temperature controller.

Make sure your pilot is easy to find with the patent-pending pilot burner of the Pitco 501 Series. Just pull the trigger on the special pilot lighter and it lights on contact. The pilot flame ignites your main burners every time.

The Pilot #511607 is composed of a brass column and ceramic base assembly. The column has a three-tine wick adjustment knob and a fuel adjustment screw. It accommodates a 12 in. Burner, which is not included.
