Designed for use with the Vulcan 484 and 495 series gas grills, this Pilot Tube replaces your old tube when it is worn out. It features durable stainless steel construction.

The Pilot Tube is used to connect the purge valve, typically mounted at the rear of a system, with the thermal relief policy. The thermal relief policy is designed to relieve the system from excessive heat. If your system is cycling on and off frequently and you suspect it is overheating, the thermal relief policy may be insufficient. This part may be necessary if you are using a 0-200psi Master Gauge or if you have your gauge pressure into your canister on the high side.
