PIX 1/2" X 22" BELTS A20K, KEVLAR V-Belt with Kevlar Cord are designed to replace factory original belts for a wide variety of applications. They are made with all-new components, not reconditioned parts. All PIX Idle and serpentine belts are made with Kevlar cord, which provides speed and stability to the belt under extreme conditions.

PIX BELTS are made from KEVLAR® CORD and KEVLAR® CORDED Aramid Fiber when necessary. Kevlar, is the preferred fiber in most serpentine drive applications due to its significantly higher maximum tensile strength (8000 psi) or dynamic strength (3200 psi). PIX belts are recommended for all Pix A and I hammer power hammers. The PIX belt is the best belt we have found to give maximum service life with the smallest amount of maintenance required. The 1/2" X 22" belt is used on all models except the CX-2.

A KEVLAR® CORDED BELT WITH KEVLAR CORD!

PIX/A & I Products A20K V-Belts are constructed of polyester fiber cords impregnated with high tensile strength synthetic "paint" coating, through a proprietary heat induction process. A heavy duty multifilament PA-6 polyamide core is protected with the KEVLAR radial web features side reinforcement cords made of high-strength KEVLAR. The finished belt is then shot-peened and lubricated to provide maximum life under the most severe operating conditions in the automotive industry today.

Pix belting combines the superior strength and heat resistance of Kevlar cord with an inner rubber core. This combination separates Pix cord from all other standard belts, when it comes to operating under both high temperature and high load applications.

PIX Belts will provide the look you want for many years. All belts are made with Kevlar cord and fiber end-caps. They are fully heat resistant and nearly impervious to moisture.
