This Honeywell HCM-3004 high-efficiency 30" x 20" x 1 1/8" (nominal size) media filter replaces the media in your popup 1620 replacement filter. The 3004 media filter is designed to last three years or 30,000 gallons.

The honeywell popup1620 is a high efficiency replacement media filter. Replaces the standard filter for compatible Honeywell 2-stage reverse osmosis systems: scfh70d, sqrbfh10d and sqrbfh100d. When to replace water filter cartridge: when water flow pressure is reduced or system has flow irregularities.

Honeywell's Pop-Up filter replacements use a unique super-absorbent media that is designed to trap and absorb sediment, while promoting fast flow rates. They're easy to attach, require no tools, and are suitable for use with most 1" utility and drip irrigation systems. When the filter starts to clog or flow decreases, simply remove it and throw it away, then snap a replacement in place. The pop-up design allows each replacement to be used without tools for convenience and ease of use.

Pop-up filters are designed to hold six pleated filter elements. When the filter has become full, its signal tells you to replace the filter by popping up. They can be used as a primary filter or as an additional level of filtration on top of your existing cartridge. They are generally more environmentally friendly than their cartridge counterparts as they use less plastic and won't end up in landfill like their cartridge equivalents.
