The PRESS/TEMP RELIEF VLV will sense high voltage or abnormal pressure situations in electric pressure cooking equipment and open the valve to relieve pressure. The RELIEF VALVE acts as a safety device in conjunction with the SWITCH. The VLV can be manually operated to close the valve in case of an emergency.
