Keep your product hot with the Probe, a wire thermometer that keeps track of the temperature of your oil or grease. This 4 inch probe features a safe range between -90 degrees C and 260 degrees C, and has (2) tie wraps and (1) grommet.

Displays the current surface temperature of breaded or fried meat in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The probe wire is 28" long, and connects to the indicator dial which displays the temperature on a gauge. Alarm sounds if temperature exceeds your preset level. Includes probe, paper gasket, (2) tie wraps and (1) grommet.
