The Viking 8GPM(gpm) pump is ideal for many fryers that have vents to allow the natural release of steam. This pump allows for easy removal of water/steam from the fryer after cooking, yielding longer life for your fryer and preventing water damage to floors and walls. The Viking 8gpm pump is a replacement for Frymaster watson series fryers.

Viking Commercial Fryers have a 4-hour on/off switch on pump. When replacing a mal first check to see if the existing griddle is electric or a type that uses a steam valve. If it is electric order part number 8253215, if you have a steam valve type go ahead and order this part#.

PUMP, Viking pumps are designed for heavy duty service, featuring all-welded construction, large discharge nozzle and spiral impeller blades. The wide range of Pumps available includes standard diaphragm style (Std), Pressure Ex. (Ex.), Low Pressure Ex. 0-150 PSI (LP) and High Pressure Ex. 250 PSI (HP).

The Viking Pump features a stainless steel bonnet, impellers, shaft and cover. It also comes with a thermal overload protector, tubing guard band, 12" discharge hose with coupler, 3/8" male NPT discharge fitting and strainer basket.
