The PUSHER is an 8.5mm piston for use with Dynamic mixer models 3510 (4510) and 7500 (7550). The PUSHER piston helps limit the maximum output of the mixer pump in order to push a liquid when the piston is in the packing position. It also helps to protect the shaft seal next to the packing gland.

The PUSHER® 8.5MM for Dynamic Mixer is recommended for velocity rates of 500 to 3000 RPMs at a low Shear Stress value of 12-85 (grammes per sq. cm).

The PUSHER for use in the Dynamic Mixer and will make perfect meringue in your kitchen. The PUSHER is a stainless steel disc with a clear plastic coating. This product is used with the Dynamic Mixer to create your own egg white foam which can be used by decorators to create an array of delicious desserts and look like a Professional made them. EASY TO USE: Simply place the 8.5mm clear disc pusher on top of the mixing bowl, slide it to the setting and you are ready to start beating egg white eggs for your macaroons or other favorite dessert.
