NON-PRIMARY AERATED PILOT ASSEMBLY

With the Honeywell SV9520 Non-Primary Aerated Pilot Assembly, you can fix gas valve issues in your furnace. The aerated pilot assembly acts as an on/off switch to your gas valve. When there's no voltage from a thermostat, the assembly turns off the gas. When voltage returns, it fires the burner back up.

The 2403 is a non-primary, rapid gas valve that will work on virtually all gas furnaces and heaters. Honeywell recommends the SV9520M. If you are looking for a part number on your current valve that is marked as primary or secondary, please check the picture attached to this ad. If it looks like one of the valves in this ad, it has been discontinued and replaced with the 2403.

The SV 9520 M pilot assembly is a high efficiency valve giving you the ability to use up to 15 percent natural gas or propane up to 1/2 inch diameter distribution lines. The SV 9520 M has a low profile design allowing easy access into tight spaces. Ball valve over flow protection and no mixing of gas are two common characteristics of the SV 9520 M.
