INTERFACE MODULE W/ADJUSTABLE NULL

The Honeywell 2498 Q7230A1005 Control Interface for Mod IV LCD Indoor Temp Sensor with Adjustable Null produces a direct 4-20mA output signal proportional to temperature. The null is factory set and cannot be adjusted after installation. It is designed to be mounted at the supply air plenum entrance of a forced air heating and cooling system within 50' of the outdoor unit.

Honeywell 2498 Control Interface for Monitor IV with Adjustable Null The 2498 control interface provides complete contact closure communication between Honeywell Monitor IV and I/O controllers in a large, fully enclosed plastic enclosure. Board is compatible with standard 3 phase monitor I/Os including 4 kHz, 40 kHz and Module IV. May also be used by itself for basic monitoring or as a panel for a Programmable Logic Controller.

This Control Interface Module (CIM) is designed to work with Honeywell's MOD IV systems in a variety of applications. The CIM's primary function is to supply electrical power, setpoint calling and alarming from the PLC to MOD IV field instrumentation. This module has an adjustable Null that adjusts the frequency response to the Null depth that is programmed in the space.

This interface is a replacement or extension module for Honeywell's standard mod4, mod5, mod7, and mod8 control panels. It will interface with existing modules as well as provide a null region to prevent any input or output signals from being lost or misrouted on a wye-delta system. It also features adjustable pilot lamps so that the user can set their zero point for each segment of the system to match the current lighting requirements for that area.

The 2498 is an interface module for use with the MOD IV Control Panel. It facilitates integration of Honeywell's CP2102-X10U PLCs.

The Control Interface for MOD IV allows operation of your MOD IV unit in a custom-built application, such as a factory test instrument or a standalone controller. It uses the Phase Bus 1236 protocol to communicate with your MOD IV unit and includes an LCD display. It can simulate power overload and current overload protection for testing applications.
