6757-6101: FLAME AMPLIFIER (RECTIFIER) - JI ?? Flame Amplifier Model # 6757 is used with both standard and flame rods equipped with the 6800 series valves. The 6757 will replace the 6758.

Flame Amplifier assemblies are used as a replacement for worn Flame Amplifier assemblies in case assembly types 7800 and 7800RM. Flame Amplifier assemblies include the flame rod, head assembly, spacer, gasket, tube nut and all required hardware. Flame Amplifiers are factory remanufactured and should be replaced every 4-6 year or more frequently if damaged.

The Flame Amplifier is a High efficiency, Electronic carbon gas-discharge computer controlled flame design. It passes the flame front over the electrodes on each side of the flame box. The electrodes are 7 in. and 156mm long.

The Flame Amplifier 6757 is a rectangular halogen amplifier used with the FLAME Series fire alarm systems. The Flame Amplifier is supplied with a factory installed flame rod (FFRT) that fits into the rectangular back box and an 18” lead wire.

The Flame Rod. 8 second Fire-Free time, with the heat output of a 10,000 BTU regulator lift station. The RFD eliminates the need for a pilot light, and maintains flame at a safe distance from the burner to avoid any flashback/meltdown. The Flame Rod is used with 7810 and 7800 series gas valves and trimarans.

The Flame Amplifier instantly increases any flame size while adding a yellow tint. It is used to reduce yellow tones in small flames and give a crisp, bold appearance to larger ones. Any gas flame will benefit from this amplifier when used both on open gas fires and in natural gas heaters.
