RECTIFICATION AMPLIFIER FOR USE W/R
Rectifier Amplifier for use with flame rod is used to convert AC line voltage into DC voltage. The rectifier provides 90 to 100 volts to the flame rod, 40-50 amps maximum. Came with Flame rod assembly RM7800 FSG and Gas Valve (RM7810 FSG) assembly.
Amplifier, 35277, Rectifying use with Flame-Rod, 2/3 sec. F FRT.
The rectifier is a plug in replacement for basic Storz & Bickel 2/3 sec. Flame Rod R and RM-7800 gas powered flame guns. This is a non self-igniting version of our product and will not work w/any system that uses ignition gas or with any CGA # 4 (propane) adaptors.
Our Model 35277 Amplifier Rectifying Flame Rod is designed to provide secondary protection downstream of the sensor ceramic and downstream of the flame rod (up to 13'cts) in a fire suppression system utilizing halon 1211, or FM-200. It is not designed for use in systems using Halon 1301. In these systems, a Series 5000 or Series 7000 Amplifier with Reducing Kit is required.
The ASE Series R Rectifiers are used with a Flame Rod Igniter (FSR) to ignite natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and propane for the rotostat burners. The flame rectifier acts as a switch for the ignition system. It will rectify the arc from the FSR down into a concentrated flame at a 90 degree angle. This is accomplished by using two electrodes to force an arc across an opening in a pair of semi-silvered glass windows. #
This space saving amp will boost your signal to the flame rod for a safe, clean fire.
The HW10000 offers time-tested reliability and is engineered to last a lifetime. With a lower price and smaller overall dimensions, the 35277 is an excellent choice for customers who need higher-capacity rectifier power in an economical package.Features include:
