The JADE broiler is an ideal option for high volume limited space food production. RADIANT can cook 12 pockets of cookies displaying 10 per pocket and still have the capacity to turn them over effortlessly with RADIANT's Rotation Around a Central Axis technology. The F12118-M2 cooks 20 pieces of chicken and 14 pieces of french fries all at one time. The four rotating baskets independently rotate 360° and have a 180° tilt to reduce handling and packing time while providing maximum production.

The F-1210 stove top with radiant heat provides even heating for consistent results in fry pans, woks and saute pans. It requires less fuel and saves time. An oval burner head gives you flexibility while cooking, with more room for maneuvering, stirring and flipping --- all without the hassle of changing the position of your stovetop . This stovetop also features an elegant glass enamel surface for easy cleaning and care.

JADE has engineered the perfect broiler pan with a rim that is raised high for curbside pickup convenience. The bread pan accommodates six 1/2-pan loaves while the middle wells measure 1-1/2 inches deep to prevent overflow, saving you clean-up time. The perforated aluminum allows radiant heat to circulate throughout the bottom of your oven.
