For drive in conduit and composite 1 ½" applications, the RAM Uni-Ele-Mount has a larger base, allowing for more mounting options.

The RAM® Uni-Elec™ 1 1/2 inch Composite Base is ideal for use with devices that have a 1.5 inch diameter base, such as the Garmin GPSMAP® 478 or 595 series.

This composite 1-1/2 in. diameter ball is a versatile alternative to other RAM balls especially for applications like antennas, CB antenna, satellite dishes and radar detectors. Its 1-1/2 in. diameter makes this ball compatible with many mounting solutions already on the market end fitting it into tight spaces.

The RAM Composite "U" bolt base is constructed of solid block composite material that is as strong as steel, but weighs 1/3 of the weight. There are 4 off set holes for X-Grip attachable devices and devices that have the universal modular adapter, UMA, an industry standard. This method of attachment is used to hold a range of electronic devices in place and is ideal for smartphones, tablets (iPad), GPS Units, flashlights, and other handheld electronics..

A light composite construction makes the RAM Uni-Elec Aluminum Composite Unibody System ideal for any application where weight reduction is imperative. This single 2" diameter arm can be mounted to ball bases and used with many of the RAM Mounting components. A simple, yet elegant design, it doesn't hide its high grade aluminum construction and finishes.

The Composite 1 1/2 consists of a base and a magnetic arm that have a 15" reach. The base and arm are made from composite plastic which is lighter than aluminum and does not conduct electricity. That means it's safe to use near your electronic devices. The Composite 1 ½ can hold devices up to 6 lbs.

The Composite 1-1/2 sleeve is the next generation of ram mount technology. By incorporating a new rigid composite blend with carbon fibre and a nano resin material, we have created a product that is lighter, stronger and more flexible than anything on the market.
