RELAY BOARD

The Relay Board is designed to be connected between a relay input and the PLIC board. The Relay Board will drive one or two relays. One of the relays on each board can also be used as an exciter to activate a timing light to indicate the activation of a relay output coil.

The Pitco Relay Board is a replacement relay board for the following cookers: F13910, F13911, F13912, F14030, and F14031.

The Relay board is an AC single phase output at 24 VOLT. This relay board is not only 2 input but is 24V transformer controlled. It has a ON/OFF 0/1 min delay time. The front protects the brushed rotor and other important contacts provides longer life meanwhile helps to prevent unwanted reverse polarity or signal interference by EMI and RFI.

PITCO Part #: F13930 - 24 Volt Relay Board. This relay board will operate up to 1200 Watts. Maximum input voltage is 24 VDC, and maximum output current is 40 amps. The coil voltage for the solenoids is 30-60 VAC or DC, and the Coil Resistance must stay within a range of 100 Ohms to 600 Ohms. The coil resistance can be changed by choosing from our optional coils. This separate board has an on-board Hall Effect Switch

The relay board works with all of the Pitco hood controller boards and our new I/0 boards. The 25 VDC coil has a tighter action, which requires less power consumption.
