The SPST LIMIT SWITCH is a 115FOP 95FCL Limit Switch used on the outdoor Ruud water heaters.

The Limit Switch is designed to turn the compressor off on heating systems with frost protection. This switch should be installed between the thermostat and compressor at a point where the evaporator outlet temperature is approximately 4F higher than the suction line pressure.
