This Rheem model is a belly band style heater. The CC Heater has a 2000 watt capacity and includes built-in safety protection functions such as thermal protection sensor, high limit control, low voltage protection, over current and over load protection.

This direct-connect 230V Belly Band Series belly band convection heater is ideal for any residential space in need of supplemental heating. This model includes a built-in thermostat that will maintain a desired temperature within a room and switch off when the desired temperature is reached.

With a single conductive probe, you will need at least 1 standard mini-crossover (a "Y" type mini-crossover with two leads going to the equipment) that can handle up to 15 amps of current.
