The Ruud® brand DRAFT INDUCER is intended for use with refractory metal and non-metalic central heating boilers which are designed to burn fuels such as oil, coal, and wood. "Draft inducer assemblies" open and close the air supply to a boiler's combustion chamber as required by draft requirements. When these are worn or damaged they can cause dangerous operation of the system.

The Draft Inducer Assembly is a direct replacement for your draft inducer that will ensure you have cold air coming from your vents in no time!

The Draft Inducer Assembly is a replacement part for the Ruud UMC (Unitary Multi stage Condensing) Systems models listed. This part mounts to the side of the condensing unit and captures outdoor air during warm weather. It supplies this air to the indoor coil, reducing energy consumption because your home feels warmer at lower temperatures.

The RHEEM 70-104157-82 Draft Inducer Assembly is used in heat pump and air conditioners manufactured by RHEEM as a component. This part is also referred to as an inducer assembly, or draft inducer.

Installs in place of draft inducer assembly for direct replacement using existing draft inducer mounting base. Use with A90A, A90B, A90C, A90D, D40MA090 or D40MA080 thermostat model control board to replace broken draft inducer assemblies.

The Ruud Draft Inducer Assembly is included in several of the Ruud brand gas furnace models and has been tested for use with the Rheem branded gas furnaces. This model includes a draft inducer motor, fan blade, wall mounting bracket and wire wiring. The main function of the assembly is to produce a flow of air through the hallway of your home by inducing a negative pressure to draw air from all rooms, circulate it back into the furnace room and then push it toward the outside vent on an open chimney flue.
