The Ruud 3/8"" Liquid Line Filter Drier acts as a filter for the outdoor house compressor allowing it to run with less pressure and at a constant temperature so that manufacturing quality is maintained. It is easier to install than standard driers and contains 10% more drying area."

This Liquid Line Filter drier is the heart of the system. It's designed to replace old filter drier/couplers in Ruud furnaces. With 1"" female flare x 3/8"" male flare on each end it makes installation fast and easy. The design of this LIQUID LINE FILTER DRIER features cleanable screen lining, a removable water reservoir and an extra long filler pipe for easy refill without removing dryer from system.
