This THERMOSTAT SHANK is designed for Ruud heating and cooling equipment. It has a maximum of six wires that are compatible with the AP14696B -Ruud THERMOSTAT, the AP14907B -Ruud RELAY, as well as other relays. The wiring terminals have a male terminal for compatibility with standard terminal hardware for simple connection to a THERMOSTAT or RELAY from the same manufacturer.

Rheem part number AP14696B is thermostat shank used applications ( fan switch ). Rheem part AP14696A is the same thermostat shank used application.
