The EXPANSION VALVE with bleed port is designed to provide increased protection from freeze-up in the heating system caused by the constant cycling of the water pump.

Ruud 1/2" EZ-Bleed Expansion Valve allows for complete system pressure relief. Features internal bleeder valves and a vent control knob. Installation is an easy procedure that can be performed in minutes by any qualified HVAC technician.
