RHEEM - RUUD 3"" x 54 3/4" dip tube for vertical tank installations. The dip tube extends from the purged water line and directs excess water to the drain. It is used when a holding tank breather is installed .

The Rheem SP11248R is a 100% copper 3"" x 54 3/4"" x .20" non-insulated direct expansion (DX) supply product line designed to provide high performance in residential and light commercial applications. It efficiently distributes hot water for sanitary domestic use, bathing, dish washing, conditioning of air and space heating. The separate elements are completely immersed in the water tank. The burner is protected by a screen and flame arrestor to keep out dirt and flammable vapors.

The RUUD RHEEM SP11248R is designed for 3"" X 54"" gas furnaces. This gas valve is 0.75 psi and 50 amps. The cast iron core will not corrode, rust or pit. It is ideal for any gas furnace application that requires easy access to components in the back of the unit.

You should select the dip tube that is the appropriate length for your application. This 54"" dip tube is used for hydronic systems with large heat demand and when moderate temperature drop is acceptable.
